Turn your Junk into Art !

Have you got a garden gate with busted hinges laying behind your trash cans? How about an old headboard? Or maybe an outdated chandelier stuffed in the attic? A cracked cement bird bath, seatless wooden chairs, mismatched dishes, or an assortment of florist vases stashed in the garage? Wellll, ALL of these things can become art for the home and garden with a little paint, glue, and the vision that is Creativity.

Recycled Gardens director, Keni Cyr-Rumble, will begin hosting classes on how to turn your "junk" into art every Wednesday, from 10-4:00, at the nursery. For $25 you can bring whatever item you want to convert out to RG and with Keni's guidance transform it into a work of art by applying paint, mosaic, glue, fabric, metal scraps, and a host of other materials.

If you haven't got any junk needing to be made over, you can still participate by creating artwork out of some of ours--No Charge! The catch here is, if you want to take the piece home, you'll have to buy it from Recycled Gardens, but just think of the FUN you'll have, the friends you'll make, and the new skills you'll learn! First class will be Wednesday, July 7th, and you can sign up to participate via events Calendar or by contacting Recycled Gardens.
