POPPA, Inc is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit that offers a spay/neuter referral and assistance program for cats and rabbits in the counties of Linn, Benton and Yamhill within the state of Oregon. We are not affiliated with nor do we receive funding from any Humane Society or County Animal Control. We rely on grants and private donations to fund our program.
