POPPA, Inc. is an all volunteer run 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to reduce the number of homeless animals in Oregon through spay/neuter of companion animals and education of the need for spay/neuter of ALL pets BEFORE they reproduce. POPPA, Inc. has NO shelter facility, but we know where to find animals in need of homes.
