Altering pets before they reproduce is better for their health--and makes them better companions, too!    For the weekend of National Homeless Animals' Day (August 16-17, 2003), we are encouraging everyone to spread the message about spaying and neutering companion animals.

Last year SW Animal Hospital, Vista Pet Hospital, Hawthorne Veterinary Clinic, and several Companion Pet Clinics altered 60 pets for NeuterFest 2002.
